Relaxing hotel with extremely helpful and really helpful employees on the Manager who eventually came who apologised. Great-sized & freshly decorated rooms with basic level of comfort. Friendly check in and easy check out. The shuttle to the airport, lovely pool...

Very pleasant experience, the hotel is relaxing with magnificent location on the outskirts of Norwich. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly and you can park your car on-site. A refurbished restaurant has very pleasant meals.
The bathrooms are dirty.

it need to be updated as furniture in the room was a bit worn and king size bed was just two single beds put together with a gap in the middle that made it a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was easy to find from Norwich City Centre. The buffets at dinner and breakfast were delicious and good value. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool, sauna and steam room were a nice extra and we did use them.
The twin room we booked was rather expensive.

Helpful staff made our stay great!
We stayed for 3 nights and loved how friendly everyone was. The bar staff were super nice, especially the guy in the black shirt who got me ice every night for my knee. The breakfast was way better than I remember, too! Just wish the fire doors weren't so noisy in the night.

An ideal location, right next to the park-and-ride into Norwich (about 20 mins). Large car park, friendly staff. A huge bed (7ft wide) and air- conditioned room. Lifts to upper floors. Leisure facilities on site.
